  • We make use of rates consultants that attends to the council everyday to ensure we obtain the necessary certificate as soon as possible.

  • We track bond finance in liaison with your agent/bond originator or bank.
  • We drive out to clients to sign transfer documents.
  • We attend to daily lodgments in Johannesburg and Pretoria deeds offices.
  • We submit weekly progress reports to agent, seller and purchaser (principals and office managers) and daily updates where so required.
  • Excellent turnaround time on registrations.
  • We attend to sectional and conventional transfers, as well as property being acquired or sold in terms of divorce orders, deceased estates, court orders, donations, sequestrations and liquidations;
  • Drafting of sale agreements, addendums, or any other document in relation to the sale of immovable property;
